IE7 problems “Full Screen”

Search instead of open folder after doubleclick

If some software installing which changed registry, you may not be able to open a folder. After double click, the Search window is opened.

Here is a simple way to resolve this problem:

1. Open Registry Editor /Start button –> Run –> type regedt32 –> OK/

2. Find the following key:  HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

3. Check if the default value is ‘none’ – if other, double ckick on default value –> set  to none /type ‘the word none/
