If you do not hear music in your headphones maybe had checked soundcard yet.
If your soundcard is working and headphones are plugged in, it seems there is no reason not to work.
Are you sure headphones are plugged in the right hole /try all of them but the one with same color is yours/?
- !!! Try one thing more: pull the headphones connector from the computer in this manner so it is half-unplugged.
This working on my computer – when headphones are fullu plugged they do not work but when they are half-plugged no problems with sound.
No explanation of this.
